It was amazing to participate in The Executive Leadership Council (ELC)'s annual meeting and gala in Washington, DC this week. Since its founding, the ELC has become renowned for fostering leadership excellence in the C-suite and corporate boardroom, and opening channels of opportunity for the development of Black executives to positively impact business and our communities. This year's gala was another great reflection of this storied history, bringing together mid-level managers, scholars, and corporate executives from across the country to elevate and enhance our talent and celebrate Black leadership and progress.
