Familiarity wins: People love a story on repeat. 2. Repetition sharpens it: Like a classic, it only gets better. 3. New crowd, same hit: No need to reinvent every time. Black event crew shirts are no more! 😠 But what colour is best? 💁♂️ While black works well in concert, stage crew and theatre environments, they are not suitable for work where event staff need to be approachable and identifiable. So what colour to choose for the staff at PYTCH | B Corp? Yellow doesnt work - when mixed with black (typical trouser colour) this shouts "HAZARD" ⚡ Orange sends the wrong message - it is chaotic and overly energetic in an unhinged way Yellow might as well be white - it gets dirty too easily Red is scary - the sign of blood or stop signs So we have settled on blue - the colour of a warm day, life-giving water and calm. But the question is: which blue!?!?! So please vote on which of these colours you think is best for the new PYTCH uniform. (I couldn't do a picture as part of a poll, so need comments below please)

This is such a great story. Could you imagine doing your job in front of 14,000 people tomorrow?? This singer substituted for Olly Murs last night, standing in at the last minute as support act for Take That. Being a last minute substitute means less time to prepare but less time to get worried. Daniel Rooney said "I was more just focusing on what songs to sing. I was more excited than anything else.” Two things here: 😮 Excitement and anxiety are very similar feelings. It’s easy to go one way or the other. Go for excited if you can! It helps 🎤 Just focusing on what you are doing is a really good strategy.
