Miramar Mixed-use Civic/Town Center Completed! I was so excited to see this image with the recently completed last building – I’ve been waiting a long time for this! We developed the Master Plan, Regulating Plan, Site Plan, and Architecture Pattern Book in 2000 – it has taken 24-years to complete. It is home to the City Hall, Performing Arts Center, Library/Education Building, Police Station, Bus Transit Hub, Retail, Office, Residential, Lakes, Canal, Recreational Paths, and Plazas. The City of Miramar was a fantastic client who shows what committed leadership with a vision can accomplish. The aerial image is a screen capture from a Drone Video by Ramone Walker (Real Estate Services). #urbandesign #placemaking #planning #towncenter #civiccenter #miramarflorida #tortigallasandpartners

Erik Aulestia you and Torti were fantastic partners on this long but rewarding journey. Happy to have shared a major part of the journey.

The upside Erik is that 24 years gives the landscape time to grow in for the final pictures....or drone video.

Congratulations! It looks like an exceptional project. There is nothing better than seeing your imagination made reality— even if the process takes many years.

Beautiful, I remember working with the design-build contractor on the Civic first part of the project that began in the early 2000's. 😀
