Up to 60% of clinicians' time is spent on computers rather than with their patients. It’s time to change that! Speaking to The Times, our co-founder and CEO, Dr Dom Pimenta M.D., highlights that by leveraging AI-powered technology within the NHS, we can reduce the time clinicians spend on computers and allow them to focus on the job they signed up for. A British Medical Association survey found that 7 in 10 trainee GPs experience burnout and stress. This is exacerbated by staff shortages, long hours, and a 25% increase in administrative tasks over the past seven years. With NHS workers spending up to 14 hours a week on paperwork, AI presents a solution that can ease the administrative burden on healthcare professionals by improving the efficiency of clinical consultations and saving up to 30% of clinician time.
