In Lockin's survey about factors influencing the choice of overseas talent in selecting employers, we found that overseas talents place the greatest emphasis on salary and benefits, followed by the desire for no overtime or reduced overtime hours. Particularly, the desire for no overtime or reduced overtime has seen a significant increase in its prominence. This may align with one of the Z generation overseas talents' characteristics, that they pay more attention to work-life balance. Prolonged working hours, overtime, and long commutes can consume their time and energy, preventing them from fully enjoying life outside work. Information from 2023-2024 Chinese Overseas Talents Career Development Analysis Report by Lockin.

Both types can be successful. Blake Burge notes that when hiring: He normally encounters 2 types of people. Individuals who: 1. Take the ball & run 2. Follow the person with the ball I've managed both types. With proper guidance and direction, #2 can easily turn into #1 overtime.

Can you accelerate your whole job if you had lifting points on each box and bin? Eliminate overtime? The cost of slinging up wood and plastic boxes lands in someone's lap. Is it yours? Hook in and find the savings hiding in plain sight.
