🌱 Embracing new challenges can be daunting, especially when they push us outside our comfort zones. Whether adopting a plant-based diet despite societal judgment or launching a podcast despite fears of the unknown, the courage to take that first step is what truly matters. In our recent Courage Chat, we discussed the importance of confronting fears and procrastination head-on. Personally, stepping into podcasting was a leap into the unknown for me—something far outside my comfort zone. But it’s been an incredible journey of growth and collaboration, and I’m grateful for the push to explore new territories. Family Book Club with TotalFamily Family's Alex Kirby and Emily Blue, CFA Hue Partners Partners deep dives into Courage is Calling by Ryan Holiday. It explores the power of courage in our lives and how it can help us change the world for the better. Family Book Club is proudly produced by Playful Humans's Mike Montague. Good post Alex. Be brave. You don’t have to see the whole staircase just to take the first step.
