As you wrap up your week … Remember to spend some time celebrating the wins. The big ones and the small ones. It’s way to easy to replay the things that didn’t go well - and be self critical. As part of our weekly meetings, I always make sure that I celebrate my team and that they celebrate themselves. There is no small win, every win counts! These wins make up the steps to achieving our individual goals as well as our company’s goals. Celebrating these wins builds confidence in each of our team members and helps them to actually achieve more. When was the last time you celebrated your progress which is actually a win? Make it a habit of celebrating the wins while you’re building & working towards the goal. It will encourage you and build your confidence as you go. Celebrate small wins! Such an important key to unlocking potential and moving forward, but something many of us are NOT good at. It is something we need to cultivate because it is NOT natural - both as individuals and in teams! We are 3 weeks into January. What are some of the "small wins" you have seen since the beginning of 2024? Look for them and say them out loud, or share them with somebody. And find a small way to celebrate them! Your workgroup will thank you for it. By naming and celebrating the small wins together, you'll build momentum to overcome some of the obstacles you're facing!

Just finished another summative evaluation with a company in California, and it’s time for more celebration. I installed our Trivium Leadership Model at the beginning of Q1 and their YTD numbers are in through Q3: Turnover - down 63% Revenue - up 27% Negative Feedback - down 55% Employee NPS - up 31% And maybe my favorite: Revenue per employee - up 36% For obvious reasons, my clients remain confidential for at least three years. But regardless of their size, Trivium is stabilizing broken companies, launching new ones, and amplifying the juggernauts! It’s not just about numbers—it’s about creating a culture that thrives.
