It is fundamental to first really understand our needs. Then, ask for help. We need to learn how to embrace gaps and growth spaces and learn how to be vulnerable overall. (That is powerful). It starts with accepting that it is ok NOT TO KNOW. To feel lost at times. People are always keen to help. If they can not help you with specific questions, they can lead and guide you to find the one person who can. We all need support; it is the only way to grow. 😊
