Touch recognised as one of The Sunday Times 2024 Best Places to Work. It’s been a couple of weeks since Touch were officially recognised by The Sunday Times as one of the Best Places to Work in 2024 in the medium organisation category. Not only does this prestigious accolade put us in the World's Happiest Workplace List as one of the Globe’s top 5% of employers, it’s helped us reflect on what makes Touch tick. Why work when you can thrive. More than any other industry award, this latest milestone has sparked the imagination for what’s possible when we continue to nurture an open and inclusive community. More than a place to do business, we’re investing in Touch to become an environment where we all can thrive no matter our background, gender, race, sexuality, religion, or age. As an indicator of the progress already made, the results from the anonymous employee questionnaire highlights the strength of the people and processes we have in place. Incredibly, Touch scored over 80% or ‘excellent’ in all six of the report’s key ‘Workplace Engagement Scores’, a remarkable set of results that elevates us all well-above global and industry standards. Investing in passionate moment makers. Having analysed over 50,000 global organisations, the Sunday Times and WorkL identified that universally, all the best scoring companies – which Touch are now part of – had lower staff turnover, retained the very best talent in a competitive market, and recorded fewer sick absences with enhanced levels of productivity. Resulting in happier people and happier clients. It's these clear advantages that inspire us to continue the ongoing investment in a broad range of 12 industry-leading benefit packages. From health insurance and wellbeing programmes, enhanced maternity, and paternity leave, to further education initiatives, annual bonuses, and a client acquisition incentive open to all, we are committed to unlocking the true potential of our passionate moment makers. A transformational culture. Realised. At Touch, our ambition has always been to create a united agency, across both Touch Experience and Touch Life Sciences domains, where everyone is able to strive for excellence within the fast and fluid events sector. For too long, the pursuit of a fulfilling work/life balance has suffered in our industry, but now, with this latest set of survey results in our hands, we’re thrilled to see the steps made to reset the balance. More than ever, the people who fuel this agency feel empowered to do transformative work, within a transformational culture. It’s a dream realised, but one that continues to evolve as we pursue ever greater success. So, if you’re already part of this story, thank you, we couldn’t have done it without you. And if you’re considering contacting us as a full-time or freelance moment maker, there’s never been a better time to join Touch, a Sunday Times Best Places to Work company.

Congratulations!
