Let's acknowledge that mental health is not a fad term—it's a real and vital aspect of well-being. Including it as a disability on workplace questionnaires may inadvertently perpetuate stigma. Instead, let's focus on fostering supportive environments where everyone feels valued. Action speaks louder than discrimination. #mentalhealthmatters #letstalk

Everyone can play a role in creating real change for #mentalhealth. As we approach the 14th annual Bell Let's Talk awareness campaign, it’s a good reminder to nurture our mental health and well-being on a daily basis. There are incredible mental health organizations out there to help. One of my favorites’ is Kids Help Phone, a long-time partner of Bell, who offers free professional counselling by phone or text 24/7 and who have helped so many young people in its 33 years of existence. Let’s kick off a year of action together to create real change. #BellLetsTalk #mentalhealth #realchange
