Touch Plan is a cloud base real time platform for general contractors and specialty contractor collaboration. It prevents schedule and budget slippage and insurance job site safety. It also provides owners with the instant insights they need to track progress and anticipate problems on the project. In this video, we will be running through a quick overview of the platform, so let's get started. Here we are on the Touch Plan project home page. Over on the left hand side you'll see a list of what we call phase plans. Think of phase plans as a separate digital planning board where we can break down a larger project into more digestible sections. On the right hand side is the project dashboard. We'll you'll find a series of different metrics showing how well the team is performing compared to what is planned. These performance metrics are based on their commitments being made week over week. As we Scroll down here, you can see some health metrics broken out by different planning boards. There's the percentage of commitments being made week by week, the reason why the team might be held up on short term planning. And last but not least, the staffing profile week over week. Down here you can see a team participation tile showing the individuals who have been participating in the planning over any particular period of time and part of the project as we enter into a particular phase plan. Now moving on to the active planning space. You will notice planning boards can be broken out by using these things called swim lanes running on the left side to the right. Swimlanes are often broken out by location to visually organize the plan. As I zoom in, we are now able to see a timeline in the background. Over to the right hand side of the active line you'll see a longer term sequence of events, and to the left hand side of the active line you'll notice the short term sequence of events. This represents our short-term look ahead plan and as we move even further to the left, you'll notice a blue shaded column which can be utilized to capture weekly commitments across the team. At the top of the screen you can see a bar graph which will show the different crew sizes pulled from the plan that we are building out below. As we move activities around the Planning board, you will notice that the numbers will shift to match the plan. You can also filter this view down to look at specific disciplines on the team and get a good feel for who needs to be where on any given day. Now we can use the active line here, which is a patented feature of touch plan, to convert our long-term pole plan directly into our look ahead plan by dragging over columns of the plan that we've just built out. Here you'll see the activities convert into the scheduled timeline based on the logic that we built into the plan on the right. Now, as we get closer to when the work actually needs to be done, we can begin to plan with more detail, ultimately resulting in us making our weekly commitments as a team. Touch Plan also provides real time analytics that can be pulled into reports that are easy to review and share out with the team and key stakeholders. Let's take a quick glimpse at one of our most frequently used reports, which is the Gantt Chart report. This report can be filtered in a number of different ways, including by planned location and roll. You can see here we have the breakdown of activities by the different locations planned versus actual dates. We can also see here. So I did a four week look ahead window and you can visually see where the activities and the crew sizes are broken out by the different locations and all of that crew size is rolled up down below. The data and touch plan rolls up from the project in a way that allows teams to identify and manage risks early. Touchdown has been used on the most project by the most users to optimize the largest construction value.
