Our team had an end of the quarter lunch-in meeting to discuss our progress. Currently, we are doing better than projected! We are grateful our leadership holds these staff meetings throughout the year. It offers us an opportunity to view our successes, lessons learned, and provides us even more motivation to see how we can improve even more. The comradery is a bonus too! We value our relationships and connections as they play a huge part in our success. Collaborating with our co-workers helps us bring new ideas and creates new learning opportunities. Teamwork and relationships help build our company culture. #TouchstoneCPM #LimaOhio #teamwork

In any organization, focusing solely on shortcomings can unintentionally undermine team engagement. While addressing areas for improvement is important, emphasizing these shortcomings over the team's successes can shift attention away from motivation and reinforce negativity. Celebrating achievements and recognizing hard work fosters a positive environment where team members feel valued and inspired. Let’s strive to balance our focus—acknowledge challenges, but also highlight the victories and progress. This approach not only boosts morale but also drives sustained motivation and productivity. #Leadership #TeamEngagement #Motivation #Workplaceculture

As a leader, I am NOT in competition with my peers! I am in competition with MYSELF! How can I be better, What did I learn? When I refer to business, it is always WE! Our “WE/US” culture is important to our success! We understand that our team must do our part to achieve the company expectation! Push when it gets hard, push when something isn’t working and try something new, build a collaborative team that has a voice. Nobody has all the answers but if you build that culture, everyone will align with what is needed and deliver results. Do everything in your power to WIN! We are cheerleaders for everyone because WE have a goal to accomplish! #teamworkmakesthedreamwork #wecontinuetobuild💙
