Top priorities of all startup #founders 1. Product Development 2. Sales 3. Hiring 4. Raising capital Doing one out of these four is itself a big challenge. Doing all four at the same time is next to impossible. Hence, successful solo founders #startups are rare. One person, no matter how capable, can't do everything. All successful founders are lucky. All successful solo founders are incredibly lucky. They were fortunate to have dedicated, smart people on their early team. These early employees are founders in all but name. They do the same amount of heavy lifting as founders. They have the same vision as the founders. They think of the startup as their own company. If you don't have or can't find a good co-founder, your top focus should be on hiring. Build an excellent team. You need at least one more person in your first 2-3 hires with the same vision and dedication as you. That person is your "co-founder".
