Recently, our global colleagues from Tower Research Capital's US, EMEA, and APAC offices recently participated in the J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge. The 3.5-mile/5.6-kilometer run/walk was a great way for our colleagues to connect outside of the office and focus on wellness!

As I dedicate the final two days of 2023 sitting here at the office. I am actively engaged in crafting a strategic plan aimed at fostering a work environment in 2024 that places a premium on the well-being of my team, particularly in terms of family time and health. Our office timings are from 10am to 6pm, consciously moving away from the outdated 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. or 8 p.m. The truth is, people often stretch their work to fill 10 hours when the actual focused effort required is only 4 hours. → Productive activity: No one can deny the importance of physical activity for maintaining a healthy lifestyle, which is why we have made it a practice to play cricket with co-workers to let go of stress collectively.
