A recent Forbes article addresses the importance of destigmatizing the need for mental health care. While strides have certainly been made in removing the stigma – specifically in the case of many Gen Z celebrities – so much more needs to be done. “World Teen Mental Wellness Day is observed on March 2 every year. It was established to raise awareness, decrease stigma and spark very important conversations around the topic of mental well being and to make those experiencing mental health challenges aware of available resources.
