The Geotechnical Survey requires intrusive below ground excavations - utility surveys are a pre-requisite of any below ground works for Health and Safety purposes Not only will it help protect your operatives but also it can help define which areas of the site to locate your Boreholes and Trial Pits. Geotechnical and Land Contamination surveys Should you do them at the same time? YES In this short video I explain why they should be done at the same time and how you can save a substantial amount of money and time by completing them together. Suggested Steps 1) Complete a Land Contamination Phase 1 report This will highlight the need for an intrusive contamination survey. If potential contaminants are identified then you will need a Land Contamination Phase 2. The size and shape of the zone of influence can vary based on factors like building height, foundation type, soil conditions, and design loads. Engineers then customise their analysis and design approach to suit specific residential projects.

We prepared a Fort Lupton Site Plan Review for an outdoor boat and RV storage facility. This project included land use permitting, civil engineering design, landscape design, and public hearings. The 14.25-acre site will be developed in two phases. Phase 1 will have 394 parking stalls. Phase 2 includes offices, carports, and two 5,000 SF buildings, and will have 323 parking stalls. Water storage tanks were designed to meet fire protection requirements in lieu of costly off-site infrastructure improvements.
