If your level of intensity is too low, we speak of "under - intense" Of course the level of intensity itself is a state which consists of the interaction between your thoughts, your feelings and your physiological activation level. If an athlete is able to raise his or her level of intensity, he or she will get great results on our test in that area of ACTIVATION. For coaches important: Are you aware of that ability of your athlete? We know: there are ways to find out about the mental state your athlete is in.
