Martin Macík Jr. will defend his title at this year’s event. At the same time, Prometeon reaffirms its commitment to high-level motorsport competition. The Evil Twin of the Dacia Duster at Dakar: The Sandrider Blazes Through Saudi Arabia with E-Fuels! 🚗 As teams embark on a grueling 48-hour stage in Saudi Arabia, Dacia makes its Dakar debut with the Sandrider – a high-tech beast powered exclusively by sustainable #eFuel. Developed in partnership with British rally specialists Prodrive, the Sandrider is driven by a 3.0-liter V6 engine with twin turbochargers and direct injection, delivering 360 hp and 539 Nm of torque. The engine base comes from the Nissan Motor Corporation, while the synthetic fuel is provided by aramco. Denis Le Vot, CEO of Dacia, emphasizes: "Dacia and Dakar are a perfect match. This is not only a test of Dacia's real robustness but also a testament to our commitment to low-carbon mobility." With the Sandrider, Dacia showcases technical innovation and newfound confidence.
