The last two weeks were really packed here at adidas - starting with a great kick off where we hosted Jurgen Klopp and got the chance to hear his perspective on how to win.
This is quickly followed by our full year results for 2023, which went above and beyond the goals we set for ourselves. While we still have a lot of work to do, in this year of sports, this was such a great boost to continue the year! Just Google them and see for yourselves :)

😎 We have the best talent we could ask for - which is by far the most important component to achieve anything in any organizational setting.

Derek Maaijen - driving our Organic Traffic efforts to new heights, day in, day out. I have seen many great subject matter experts or many people who can inspire others, but it is really a rare breed of individuals like him, who can demonstrate both together.
Michal Floss - driving our Consumer Data Platform efforts with great resilience, gracefully navigating through the most complex legal requirements a product manager could face when implementing their product. I can hardly think of anyone else who can skillfully deal with internal dependencies, market stakeholders while finding enough time to spend with their development team.
Babis Voutsas - driving our Paid Traffic efforts, masterfully combining his experience from Social Commerce / Organic Social and his unparalleled love for the adidas brand into the space. He is helping our markets navigate through such a complicated time in digital advertising (Digital Markets Act in the EU, rising privacy concerns across the globe, constantly matching pivots performed by platforms like Google/Meta)
