After closing out a quarter of a century at Accenture, it's time to say... "let the next chapter begin!" After some personal time away, including incredible moments with family, friends, and self, and a few pretty cool and extreme adventures, I'm filled with fire in my belly and an overwhelming sense of gratitude. I wanted to take a few minutes to express my deepest appreciation to Accenture and the thousands of colleagues, clients, ecosystem partners, and civic and non-profit organizations I’ve had the privilege to work alongside those past 25+ years.  I can't name you all without the LinkedIn algorithm exploding, but I look forward to reconnecting with you ‘on the other side’! As a continued loyalist of the Late Show with David Letterman Top 10 List, and our shared alma mater Ball State University, I thought I'd explore my Accenture Adventure with a Top 10 List of Growth, Grit and Gratitude. Top 10 Highlights of My Accenture Adventure: 10. Diversity & Inclusion:  Launching and leading the first Accenture ERG’s with the energy of a startup, watching this priority unfold into Accenture’s DNA as a way of everyday being. #RespectForTheIndividual 9. Entrepreneurial Spirit:  Taking the dream of Accenture Offering Development from a sketch on a napkin, to a global organization powered by the creativity and grit of countless OD’rs and supporters around the world. #Perseverance 8. Fun & Adventure:  Bridging hard work with fun, because a well-rounded consultant is the best consultant. No dull moments... ever. #WorkHardHaveFun. 7. Next Generation Building: The commitment to shaping the future, one counselee and one mentee at a time – the ultimate investment strategy. #stewardship 6. Imagination & Innovation:  An expectation of continuous learning. Where curiosity meets creativity and bravery, always keeping us ten steps ahead. #OneGlobalNetwork 5. Client Centricity: Living and breathing client value creation… every single day. #ClientValueCreation 4. Global Exploration:  Exploring and learning from diverse cultures and local experiences to better serve our clients and lead our people. #WanderlustWorkLife 3. Community Impact: Making our mark well beyond the boardroom, touching lives in ways I could never have imagined. #bettertogether 2. Leadership: Learning from some of the best leaders on the planet – leaders who guide by example and occasionally by GPS through the Swiss Alps. #Integrity. 1. Lifelong Friendships: Finding family among colleagues – the kind you’re stuck with for life. #bestpeople I'm excited about all the "what's next" chapters unfolding.... I’m finalizing my professional coaching and personal trainer certifications, and I'm also leading people up mountains. Join me! #forevergrateful #inittogether

Congratulations, Tracey! It’s been a long time, and we didn’t know each other for very long, but you left quite the impression on me. The first time we met, we were working together on a local project for a non-profit, and the work itself was rather tedious. At dinner one evening, you put the “why” in such beautiful perspective that it made all the minutiae feel worth it. I have no doubt that you’ll lead and coach so many others in the same inspiring way. Congratulations on your move – excited to see what comes next!
