I am also seeing a lot of need for fractional leaders. This is particularly true for start ups or organizations who don’t have the budget or really the need for a full FTE - post pandemic there are so many leaders who have launched their own thing and have the experience and capacity to support at that level. And it doesn’t put another FTE on the books. It means orgs are getting the talent and leadership that they so desperately need, and don’t have to make that full time commitment. And, amazing talent gets to do what they love best for a few orgs - a win, win!

We are absolutely here for these insightful predictions Diana Lyman 💡✨💡

Love the call for "T" shaped leaders for 2024. Deep expertise blended with broad operational insight is so valuable (this year and in all years). That cross-functional understanding is what's needed to drive innovation and growth.
