🌟 Excited to Share My Product Management Experience at IT Society! 🌟 During my 14-week internship at IT Society, I had the incredible opportunity to step into the role of Product Manager, where I: ✅ Led the product development lifecycle, working closely with stakeholders such as owners, software engineers, cybersecurity professionals, UI/UX designers, and QA specialists. ✅ Defined product requirements and prioritized features to align with user needs and business goals. ✅ Conducted market research and analyzed user feedback to shape a strategic product roadmap. ✅ Ensured seamless communication among stakeholders and delivered user-centric solutions on time and to high standards. This experience not only strengthened my leadership and collaboration skills but also reinforced my passion for building impactful, user-driven products. One of the milestones i have achieved in my HR Career! Always proud to be a Huron University alumna and to share a video from my internship at Lerners LLP as a Marketing and Business Development Intern in 2023! I want to take a moment to express my gratitude: Huron helped me build a strong network: The connections I made were instrumental in my journey and the supportive community pushed me to explore new opportunities, leading to internships like the one at Lerners. It truly is a network that empowers successful people that are better for the community. Thanks to Lerners: I am incredibly thankful to the entire marketing and business development team at Lerners LLP for their guidance and support. They equipped me with essential skills, offered me career advice and became my family! For those currently seeking summer internships, here’s my advice: Stay Resilient: It can be daunting, but don’t give up. I was always told that 'Rejection is Redirection', even when it’s hard to see. If you work hard, stay committed, and remain open to learning, someone will notice your efforts. Seek Learning Opportunities: Always ask yourself, "What can I learn from this person or this experience?" This mindset can turn challenges into valuable lessons. I understand that competition is tough right now, but I’m here to help.
