Here we are! At the doorsteps of a brand-new year. 📆 And most of us begin to ponder what we’ve actually accomplished in the past twelve months. But why is it important to do that? Three reasons this kind of self-reflection is so important: 🌟 It helps you refocus on how far you've come. Taking time to pat yourself on the back for a job well done is a powerful way to remember that no matter what life throws at you, you’ll have the grit to work through it. 🌟 It helps you connect the dots in life. When we're in the daily grind, we often lose sight of the bigger picture. Reflecting back over a longer period of time helps us see the connections that we might have otherwise missed. 🌟 It can help you decide what to bring with you into the New Year and what should be left behind. Not all things need to be carried forward. Reflecting helps you realize what you want to leave in the past. When you look back over this past year, what are some of YOUR highlights? Share your top one or two. I can't wait to hear them and celebrate with you. 🙌

What do you want to celebrate? 🎉 Another week is gone, and with that the first month of the year, have you taken the time to celebrate yourself and your wins, big or small? Here are two ways you can acknowledge your efforts and truly recognize the significant milestones you've achieved without it feeling like a brag: 1️⃣ Reflect & share the journey Pause and look at how far you've come. Recognize the dedication, resilience, and countless hours of hard work that went into anything that you've set your mind to. Acknowledge and share what you've done so far, the highs and lows. When you see the complete picture, instead of the achievements, you put everything in perspective. 2️⃣ Seek an external point of view While working hard, it's easy to lose sight of what we've accomplished, we tend to see all the things that still need to be done. Ask your peers, mentors, or coach - they can provide an objective perspective on your achievements. Share your accomplishments with them and ask for honest feedback. Can they see the value and the impact of what you've done? Celebrating your accomplishments doesn't mean boasting or seeking validation, but recognizing and acknowledging your hard work, building self-confidence, and embracing your growth. So, pause, reflect, and recognize the remarkable things you've recently accomplished, no matter how big or small. 💜 Share them below and let's celebrate you together!

We don't need to get through the week on one breath to be maxed out by the end of it. Complete the day with 4 elements and you will feel lighter and better. And you'll free up space for better solutions, ideas, interactions and decisions the next day. 1. Celebrate, no matter how big or small. 2. Release what doesn't feel good and what you don't want to take with you into the next day. 3. Envision your next day 4. Complete with - I'm very grateful ..... For this to be the most powerful, think and feel in each step. For guided prompts, grab a journal page>> https://lnkd.in/ekVSnmZF

I used to get caught up in getting it all done. There was always more to do and I thought if I could just work harder or work smarter, I would feel better. I would feel accomplished. But I just never got there. What I didn't realize, was that it would never be done. Celebrating was something I only did for the huge gains which did not happen very often. So I didn't cultivate those feelings of joy. I learned over time that celebrating your wins more frequently brought more joy to my life. So celebrate more often. You did great this week. Give yourself a pat on the back and find a way you can celebrate today. 🎉 🥂 Do something that brings you joy. 🔵 Have a picnic. You can do this at a park, at the beach, in your own yard, or even your own living room. 🔵 Cook a special meal. Doing this with friends or your kids can be fun. 🔵 Garden. Being outside, close to nature, and having something beautiful to look at when you are done can be a very joyful activity. 🔵 Explore your neighborhood. Just wander. You never know what treasures you will find. 🔵 Or just have a dance party. It's important to celebrate. It's important to cultivate those good feelings as much as you can. You are important! So, make it your purpose today to celebrate you.

It’s great to celebrate beginnings but there’s something more important to celebrate. When we start something new it’s usually cause for celebration. And for good reason. It’s great to start something new. Whether it’s starting... -a new business -a new career -a new endeavor -a new goal It’s great to celebrate starting something because getting started is half the battle. But I think it’s more important to celebrate sticking with something. Celebrate not giving up. Celebrate finishing something. Sometimes, seeing things to the end and just sticking with it is much harder. It’s easy to quit, it’s hard to keep going. Especially when things get difficult and seem impossible. So celebrate those times when you feel like giving up but you just keep going. Celebrate when you see something to the end Celebrate when you cross that finish line. Keep going and never give up.

It's important to take the time to celebrate your achievements. Recognize and take pride in your own successes, no matter how big or small. Celebrating these moments boosts your motivation and reinforces your progress. Additionally, share in the joy of others' accomplishments. Being genuinely happy for their success fosters a positive and supportive environment. By acknowledging both your victories and those of others, you contribute to a culture of encouragement and mutual growth.

Here's my message to you: Celebrate your unique journey. Don’t fall into the trap of constant comparison. Your path, with its unique challenges and triumphs, is worth more than any societal benchmark. Embrace your experiences, learn from them, and above all, recognise the beauty in being uniquely you. You know, it's so easy to fall into the trap of comparing our lives with others. Everywhere we look, there are stories of success that seem to shout, “This is what you should be!” But today, I want to tell you something different. Your journey, your struggles, your victories, they're yours and they're incredibly valuable. Remember, the moments you feel behind in life are not indicators of failure; they're simply signposts that you're on your own unique path. It's not about how fast you go or the route you take; it's about the richness of the experiences you gather along the way. One last point, it is absolutely fine to be inspired by someone's achievements.
