Roles and Responsibilities As the SPDM(Sales planning & dealer management), you will be overseeing and be responsible of regional sales performance that ensures the attainment of the company sales goals and profitability across. Custodian of sales policy & good governance across omnichannel. Ensure trade rewards is at optimal level and reasonably staged against competition with prompt payment to ensure channel survivability. Your responsibilities also include: • Sales Strategy & Performance 1. Sales data management and analysis 2. Systemize all the forecast, sales, production, and logistic process between each team 3. Yearly budget phasing / recalibration 4. Sales tracking across all branches / channel (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) 5. Sales planner to drive Forecast accuracy by keeping optimal and keeping aging inventory low 6. Continuous driver store mapping / grading exercise to drive store sell out efficiency 7. Sales trend and seasonality analysis by region, country, and customers for sales strategy • Sales Policy & Governance 1. Dealer onboarding / offboarding policy 2. Omnichannel (Off/online) price harmonization policy 3. Continuous monitoring of dealer credit term / outstanding (Account Receivable) AR if any 4. Yearly T/T (Trading Term) review for key dealers 5. Alignment between sales, product, and marketing team 6. Uphold of sales NDA and Anti Verbal Commitment 7. Return policy (Goods Return) • Trade Rewards & Benefits 1. Manage & ensure Sales Deduction policy is adhered by all channels. 2. Effectively manage Trade program via Partner Comm 3. (Account Payable) AP on time processing / payment to the trade if any 4. Sales Incentive Scheme (SIS) tracking & revamp if necessary to motivate and drive internal Khind Sales 5. Budget Controller Channel Development Expenditure (CDE) To be a Successful Candidate • Possess at least a bachelor’s degree in related field. (Computer, Engineering, etc.) • A minimum of 5 years professional working experience within the Electrical and Home Appliances and/or FMCG/ Telco industry, where recent 2 years working within the sales / data management level capacity. • Data management, market insight, analytic skills, and advanced computer skills • Demonstrate numeric sensitive skills able to translate all data points into actionable items to drive sell in / sell out. • Demonstrate strength in people management with ability to lead, motivate and drive high performing sales team. • Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills at all levels • Demonstrate advanced research and analytical skills (sales analysis, forecasting, sales finance, etc.) with ability to demonstrate good business acumen. • Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint & any other analytics) Work Location: Dubai Competent applicants share CV @ james.lim@khind.com Only Shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
