Prioritizing "Safety" in the workplace should be the goal of every business owner . It is possible people see the safety department as one that spends money rather than generating profit for the organisation, there is a slogan that says "if you think Safety is expensive try an accident". It is a norm to prevent accidents happening in the workplace, there will be control measures in place and they will require you to spend money to purchase the necessary materials needed. In conclusion, business owners do not reduce the safety budget or go for inferior safety equipment or materials , it won't help your brand or reputation in any way . There is a reason why it is called "Quality" . Do not cut cost to the point that all personal protective equipment purchased cannot serve its intended purpose if other control measures fail. As a business owner you love your family , do not put other people's loved ones in danger at the expense of wanting to maximise profit. Let Safety be your priority , it pays. #Safetyisourtoppriority#

In Safety, preventive measure cost is not as high as an accident cost. Prevention is better than cure they Say. Any company who perceive safety as unnecessary expenses is bound to have a soiled reputation with loss when the repercussion of not abiding to safety provisions, standard, measures and laws occur.

Do you know Heinrich's Safety Triangle? Heinrich's Safety Triangle outlines a hierarchy of workplace incidents: unsafe acts lead to unsafe conditions, culminating in accidents. By addressing root causes like unsafe acts and conditions, organisations can prevent accidents. This model emphasises proactive safety measures to reduce workplace injuries and promote a safer environment. In short, reduce the risky behaviour, and reduce the damages up the pyramid/triangle. www.sis-ltd.org.uk
