I just spent over $25,000 DOLLARS‼️💵 😳😱 • • I know a lot of business owners that flex what they got or what they buy for themselves BUT I think we need to change the conversation and start flexing what we do for our employees! 😉 Because success is a team sport and you can’t win without a great team!! ❤️ • • This is actually a very surreal moment for myself because I just spent over $25,000 DOLLARS 💵 😳😱 to take my entire office staff on an all expenses paid cruise vacation to the Bahamas 🇧🇸!!! • • This is surreal for me on so many levels because I am a very very thriefy guy, I know it may not always seem like it but personally I live off of my credit card rewards points and my passive income from my real estate investment properties! So dropping over $25k on a work event is wild to me!! 😂 Because not to long ago I was working 3 jobs and living in my moms basement!! • • But what I’ve realized about money and business is I care most of all about is the impact I make on other people’s lives in the business and less about the money!! 💗 • • I also know by doing so it will ultimately lead to more business and money because that’s simply how the universe works!! 🌎 • • The greediest thing you can do is give to others without any expectations of a return! Because I can quantify the $25,000 I spent but you can’t quantify the endless amounts of possibilities of what I will get in return from the employees I brought on the trip or the talent I will attract by selfishly spending a quarter of a $100,000 on my employees and not myself for helping lead us to the greatest year in company history in 2023! 😊❤️(Fun fact: since we opened doors, every year has been our best year because year over year we keep growing) • • ROI Construction was started and grew like wild fire because I was doing FREE repairs for people and paying for them out of my own pocket by working two other jobs I hated! 😳 I kid you not!! • • Play the long game and put people first and the universe will deliver you endless amounts of opportunities and returns that you could never ever quantify, even if you were Albert Einstein!! 😆
