On September 5, Fastmarkets RISI reported that the start of containerboard production at Norske Skog's Golbey mill in France has delayed. The company expected to start it during the first quarter of 2025, instead of the previously estimated second half of 2024. The net investment amount will increase to EUR 320 million from previous EUR 300 million as a result of the revised timeline and the additional work required. Delayed projects and increased budgets certainly are two key themes that keep repeating in industry news...
