Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd. to trade ex-bonus on June 10, 2024 Bonus Ratio: Motilal Oswal will issue bonus shares in a 3:1 ratio. This means that for every one share you hold on the record date (June 10th), you'll receive 3 additional bonus shares. Impact on Share Price: Due to the bonus issue, the share price is expected to decrease proportionately on the ex-bonus date (June 10th). This is because the company is essentially increasing the number of shares outstanding without adding to the overall company value. Record Date: The record date is set for June 10, 2024. Only shareholders holding shares on this date will be eligible to receive the bonus shares.

If you have known me, then you know how much I believe trade journaling can change a trader's journey, and this time I am sharing yet another upgrade that I came across. Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting Kolkata and meeting the incredible StockEdge team. My visit took me to Kredent Group, one of India’s leading proprietary trading desks, and I came across many other innovative creations. Here are 5 key points I found incredibly useful in the Trading Karma journal: 1/ Notes section: Jot down notes with the date and topic, tracking daily happenings and ideas. 2/ Detailed trade entries: Record all entry and exit details, target stocks, losses, risk-reward ratios, and trading theses. Assign karma points to evaluate if trades were made strategically or influenced by emotions like greed, fear, or overtrading. 3/ Trading journey documentation: Document your trades over a week or month, noting winning, losing, and break-even trades. Calculate the total karma points to measure discipline. 4/ Key learnings: After each analysis, write down key learnings to implement in future trading sessions. 5/ Morning review: review your key learnings every morning to stay conscious of past mistakes and focus on improvement. Can you please provide few paid web sites who gives a genuine company analyses for share price predictions? I think many trading platforms provide the “ genuine “ analysis. Be it Icici , hdfc , Axis , Sharekhan, India infoline etc ..etc. But the problem is, Market does not follow the analysis. Market least bother about genuinely. Market always moves with fresh information which is happening every moment in the universe. Just take one hypothetical situation, Tomorrow if a war broke between India & China, within next few hours, Both the Indian & chinese market will collapse like pack of cards…it does not care about who made analysis. Be it top most intelligent and genuine person or website or firm. It simply over ride all of them and move based on the current reality !!! Have you got it? What i meant to say is, consider every analysis and reports with some level of probability. We can take about 70 to 80% of the time, things will happen as per the analysis if it is genuine! Rest left to the market !!! No one can predict market 100% correctly always. This is my personal realization and also many great market experts, say late Mr. Rakeshji told “ beyond a point no one can predict the market”
