The Pareto Principle ...80% of outcomes are generated by 20% of all causes. This principle also applies to the distribution of relevance and influence across industries and places. That is, 20% of the population most times controls resources for the rest of the 80%. This is a fact, and it applies across different fields. But interestingly, everyone has the opportunity to rise above the status quo. It's just about knowing how to. Across all boards, improving your cognitive skills is a major way to achieve this. You can become a master of your craft, right from your school days to the professional level. Anyone who learns to process information, recognise patterns and analyse problems is always ahead of the crowd. GradePlus Africa's Advanced Thinking Masterclass for Professionals and Undergraduates will feature seasoned industry experts: Jesudamilare Adesegun-David and GORD-AFFUL, PMP, P2 for Critical Thinking and Advanced Memory Recall. The date is June 27th. Registration is open, and early bird is closing soon. You should register now and secure your spot: https://lnkd.in/d_N3NEKP Check GradePlus Africa's page to learn more.

Entrepreneurs build nations. Name any country, be it an economic power or amongst the developed countries, their economies were built by entrepreneurs, and in the past decade, Pakistan too has seen entrepreneurs emerge. However, in order to uplift our economy to where it ought to be, we need entrepreneurs to be at the forefront, and although the past seven years have seen a rise in the number of start-ups, our journey began two decades ago. My take on the evolution of #startup culture in Pakistan published in Aurora. #entreprenuership
