So many people within companies are struggling with stress, overwhelm and aren’t healthy (or happy). They just get given a role, targets and told to crack on. If a company doesn’t provide tools to optimise their employees (a human) potential, they cannot deliver on this promise. It’s also costly to have an under productive, unhappy and unhealthy work force (sick days) Companies that look after the physical health and emotional wellbeing of their team and culture will perform better.
