Hello TRAILS! ♥ I was thrilled to discover your organization and job postings. I have applied for the SEL Curriculum Writer position. Witnessing the impact of resource disparities and the disproportionate barriers to care many families face has deepened my commitment to advocacy and equity. This experience drives me to work tirelessly to ensure all children and families receive the support they need and deserve. Thank you for these opportunities. I have applied for the SEL Training Specialist. I am passionate about what it is that you do to bring mental health awareness to schools and educators. I would love to have the opportunity to work with you to uphold this mission!
Happy to see this opportunity & applied for the SEL Training Specialist position. As an educator & Psych teacher, I've seen the lack of SEL in our schools & how much humanity needs it. For this reason, I decided to change career path and make a bigger impact in the world by bringing meaningful SEL curriculum to schools and making a positive change in our youth's mental health.
I am so excited to see these positions available. I will certainly be applying to the Suicide Prevention Specialist position. Being able to keep working in the field and continuing to teach others would be so rewarding.

Passionate about Education | Creating Engaging Learning Experiences for All Learners
2wGood morning, TRAILS community! 🌟 I recently applied for the SEL Curriculum Writer position and wanted to share my enthusiasm with you all. As an educator with 7 years of experience, SEL has been a cornerstone of my teaching philosophy. Discovering Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs firsthand affirmed its importance in fostering a supportive learning environment. In my role, I developed and implemented daily, weekly, and monthly SEL strategies and lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of my students. Collaborating closely with our special education team, I introduced targeted resources for Tier 2 and 3 students, ensuring every learner had access to the support they needed. Additionally, I actively contributed to school-wide SEL initiatives, further embedding these principles into our educational framework. I was thrilled to come across your job posting because I wholeheartedly believe in the transformative power of SEL. It would be a privilege to contribute my experience and passion to TRAILS' mission of promoting holistic student development through effective curriculum design. Looking forward to the possibility of joining your team and making a meaningful impact together! Best regards, Lindsey Barragar
