We are delighted to announce that Engelhart has agreed terms to acquire Trailstone Group. Completion of the deal is subject to regulatory approval. This deal marks a significant milestone in our journey to revolutionize and decarbonize the energy sector. Engelhart shares our values, vision and purpose to accelerate the world’s clean energy transition. Working together, we can leverage our advanced skills in data analytics, weather modelling, and trading capabilities to build an even more dynamic platform that can play a leading role in decarbonizing global energy. We are proud of what we have built over the last ten years and we are confident that this acquisition and merger will take us forward into the next ten years and beyond. We believe this deal is a very positive step for our customers and our people and, as soon regulatory approval has been secured, we look forward to continuing our important work as part of Engelhart, and building a more sustainable future, together.
