On a typical grey damp British morning I’m here at this Summit with my colleagues Elaine O'Hare and Georgie Barrow. So far some very interesting presentations on the challenges in anti-counterfeiting enforcement and generative AI use. AI could be a useful tool to aid brand owners in enforcement, data being the bedrock. Better collaboration between brands and transparency over the true economic cost of counterfeiting will be key to make a genuine impact on enforcement- but consumer awareness remains an issue. #aiapplications #anticounterfeiting

This is what culture should look like! I've worked for and led many sales teams, some of which were built on toxic culture. In sales, it’s challenging to balance individual targets and aspirations with teamwork and collective growth. At The Reward Collection, we've nailed this balance. Our culture is all about supporting one another and genuinely wanting every team member to succeed. As you can see from Nikhil’s screenshot, we get super hyped about great brands coming on board. I’m incredibly proud of our team, not just for their performance, but for their support for each other and their constant sharing of ideas to improve. As CEO, I believe it’s crucial to see employees not as working FOR me, but WITH me, building our vision together!

Shouldn't the UN and International Trade organizations have, already, made it a law/regulation for all its trade members that no "big" designer can copy ethnic enterprises' products, manufacture it with non-natural materials and dyes, and using non-original artisans' work, selling them at way below pricing and crippling original investors, working towards assisting women, in countries of Africa? Colonialism of this sort, still flourishes, never allowing the countries they have already raped and impoverished, to ever raise their heads in their economies. Wicked, wicked! New York City's fashion business is shrinking. According to a new McKinsey report, the industry employs 50,000 fewer people than it did 10 years ago, and the inflation-adjusted market value of the goods and services it produces has declined steadily.
