Thanks for the offer of one free month of Transit. But it would have been better if you'd have allowed me to activate it by the email that you sent it in, instead of by phone because I wrote to you months ago saying that I can't get Transit activated by phone no matter how hard I tried. I was looking for some OTHER way to activate Transit other than by the phone directly. And you said you couldn't help me. I couldn't even use a credit card over the phone, you said. You shrugged your shoulders at a customer with money because you didn't like a certain payment method anymore, or something. So ... I can only use the Basic Transit and won't be able to unlock all its premium features, like, EVER. And now you send me an invitation to the very thing I was asking for, but once again I must use my phone to unlock it. And are you kidding me? Am I being punked on some reality tv show? I don't mean to sound ungrateful but ... oh ... I guess I DO mean to sound ungrateful because you sent the man who can't join by phone and invitation to join by phone.

10moYes! As a user I could always feel that Transit was "more than just an app," but now that I get to experience it from the inside, I know how much this vision matters to everyone who works here. I'm glad this new manifesto helps us tell that story to others.
