🚀 Insights from Vision Expo West: Elevating Performance and Marketing Excellence! 🌟 I had an amazing day absorbing valuable knowledge! The focus on motivating teams through intrinsic and extrinsic rewards was a game-changer. By setting clear expectations and fostering open communication, we can create a supportive environment that drives exceptional performance. Understanding Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs allows us to meet team needs effectively, boosting morale, retention, and productivity. In marketing, sharing why we do what we do is key to creating an inbound referral practice. It’s not just about what services we offer, but why we’re passionate about them. Building relationships with practitioners and promoting specialty contact lenses can make our practice a go-to resource for complex cases. Interactive patient experiences are another focus. By reducing distractions and engaging patients pre-appointment, we can create a more personalized and memorable visit. Minimizing decision paralysis through movement and engagement helps streamline the patient journey. Sitting in on the healthsystemCIO webinar on #digitalfrontdoor and in the first question about how to bring lots of practices, hospitals and providers together into one experience or one brand. The whole group agreed that the tech can only help when the culture is aligned. So critical! Technology can do amazing things like providing a single brand mobile experience that can also be customized to a specific location but you aren't going to be successful unless your culture is ready!
