Here's a simple recipe for a classic brown sauce that pairs wonderfully with steak: Ingredients: - 1 tablespoon olive oil - 1 finely chopped shallot - 1/2 cup beef stock - 1/4 cup red wine - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard - Salt and pepper to taste - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter Instructions: 1. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the shallot and cook until softened. 2. Pour in the beef stock and red wine, then bring the mixture to a simmer. 3. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard. Let the mixture simmer for about 5-7 minutes until it reduces slightly. 4. Season the sauce with salt and pepper according to your taste. 5. Remove the pan from the heat and swirl in the butter until it's fully melted and the sauce is smooth. Once the steak is cooked to your preference, simply drizzle this delicious brown sauce over it, and enjoy!

SAVE THE RECIPE! Here is an idea for a delicious pasta dish, ready to be served this Summer! Linguine with Bonetto's Rocket Sauce, Bonetto's Dried Tomatoes, and stracciatella, a triumph of taste and freshness! INGREDIENTS (4 servings) • 400 g of linguine pasta • 6 tablespoons of Bonetto's Rocket Sauce • 5-6 Bonetto's dried tomatoes • 140 g of stracciatella • Salt 1) chop the dried tomatoes into small pieces; 2) boil the linguine in salted water, drain them "al dente" and add the rocket sauce, adding, if necessary, a ladle of cooking water to obtain a smooth creaming; 3) place the linguine on plates, complete with chopped dried tomatoes, drops of stracciatella and... serve them! Buon Appetito!

Khao Mun is a common street vendor dish. Khao means rice, Mun means fat. So this could be "Fat Rice" or, better put, rice cooked in chicken fat. Khao Mun Gai is always served with a bowl of chicken soup, fresh cucumbers and a side dish of a unique ginger and pepper sauce as shown in this recipe.
