I've spoke with some candidates who have recently gone through interview processes, only to be told at the end of the process that the expectation is they are in the office 4 to 5 times a week. The biggest question is why they were not outlined this ahead of them interviewing? If they had this information, they would not have gone through the task, completed a case study and presented to the businesses they were speaking with. And the potential employer would not have wasted their time interviewing them for something that was ultimately not going to work. Flexible working arrangements need to be outlined at the start of any hiring process. #salesandmarketingjobs #flexibleworking #interviewing
