NO RESONABLY SEGMENTED PROJECTS DOWN TO $300, 000.00 SO THAT MWBE HAVE THE CAPABILITY TO HANDLE THEREFORE NO DEVELOPMENT AND FORCING NEW MINORITY BUSINESS OUT OF BUSINESS. BUT BUNDLING YOUR PROJECTS TO MAKE IT EASY FOR JE DUNN BUT CREATING BARRIERS FOR MINORITIES. BLACK AND BROWN CONTRACTORS DONT TYPICALLY HAVE INHERITANCE CAPITAL TO COMPETE WITH CAUCASIANS DUE TO FORMER LEGALIZED SEGREGATION. SHOW YOUR HISTORY OF THE DOLLARS AWARDED TO CAUCASIAN CONTRACTORS VS. BLACK & BROWN CONTRACTORS?? Yep that’s what I thought?? MINORITIES THAT YOU PICK ARE SO AFRAID TO ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT FRONT LOAD AND SUPPLIES ! WHY DO YOU ONLY MOSTLY UTILIZE MINORITIES ON PROJECTS THAT REQUIRE MWBEs??? HOW MANY YEARS HAVE YOU PROBABLY PAID OUT LESS THAN 5% TO MINORITY CONTRACTORS VS. CAUCASIAN???? It’s natural for you to be uncomfortable with me because you’re being exposed? Mr. Disney use to come out to the community meetings with Rev. Hertzfield where unbiased dialogue took place. You’ll probably pick a Uncle Tom preacher just to block tough questions and answers. You need to write a new contract for minority contractors regarding inclusion. Let me read it!
