Klarna has had it's ups and downs. Sometimes this makes companies do things others wouldn't as the need for change (efficiency in this case) becomes so great... And although this news cannot be taken as bellwether necessarily, i think there is a message in this for Salesforce Customers. You only buy Salesforce because they are the best in the world at enterprise service delivery. A lot of people will say SFDC is no longer an innovation company. What have they released recently that's changed the game? But magic still happens for Salesforce Enterprise Customers. Organisations who need service delivery to take their business forward to the next step... For me, this partially explains why the VC backed ecosystem always looks on at Salesforce innovations like Einstein and gasps "but nobody uses this?" It's because innovation is no longer their product. Service and implementation are. We're just helping them out by religiously buying CRM licenses, so we can then buy Hubspot as well 🤣
