#Job: Hotel Development Associate Our client is a real estate development and property management firm with a diverse portfolio of restaurants, commercial offices, multi-family buildings, high-end residential Malibu homes, and raw land assets. They are currently developing a luxury high rise building containing a luxury hotel and branded residential condos. They are seeking a Hotel Development Associate to take the lead and oversee all phases of the hotel development process, working with project stakeholders on financing and hotel brand selection through construction.
