I've been doing some research since I started this new role at ExaCare to validate some of the challenges we solve for. Here are 3 big ones I've heard thus far: First, data does not seamlessly flow between the CRM, EHR, eMAR & billing in lots of Senior Living communities. The reason for that is because communities use different systems for different departments so tough to integrate. Secondly, I've heard from sales & marketing professionals that their communication for sales does not automatically get logged in their CRM. Example: they make calls, send texts, emails and then MANUALLY log that data to show sales activity vs. other platforms that can make the call, send the text or email From. The. Platform. Itself. One location for all communication and no entering your sales activity... 🤯 Personally, as sales professional, I would be off my rocker if I had to manually log all of my sales activity and it wasn't done automatically because I'd realize the opportunity cost. More time spending entering data = less time spent selling. Third is more on the clinical side which is that assessments take a really long time to complete and creating the individualized service plan after takes super long too while there are tools out there that can automate that process... Just saying...if you experience any of those 3 challenges above or know someone that does, please send them my way so I can show them the brighter side... It's 2024.
