Blue World Construction is continuing work on a two-year project at Gateway National Park in Sandy Hook, New Jersey. Last week our crew completed the installation of 1,200 feet of 8-inch HDPE as part of the utility upgrades of the potable water distribution system. The upgraded potable water distribution system being installed by Blue World will include a new Aeration Building, improvements to the existing mechanical and process pumps at the water treatment plant, the refurbishing of a water tower and the installation of an additional 8,000 ft of HDPE pipe with over 40 new fire hydrants. All of this work is being performed while the park remains open with no disruption to their water distribution. #BlueWorldConstruction #wastewater #treatment #pipelineinstallation #WWTP #NationalParks #teamwork #safety

Water run off on a building site which often has an #pH problem and thus none dischargeable to local drains or natural waterways. Also an overlooked, unfortunate, unmeasurable very high cost to the builders. Traditionally many sites have a collection point for such water (tanks, lagoons etc...) and a site unique treatment system and/or water collected and taken to a treatment facility. To collect you have to create means for tankers to get to collection point locations, another cost to #CIVIL #CONTRACTORS #BUILDERS. The tanking costs plus the remote treatment costs then come into play for the contractors. What would you say if it was possible to reduce these costs, help the #environment (take tankers off the road) and dealing with your #pH problem at site with instant discahrge? You need to read this

The best blocked drains person What about chemicals or hot water? A plumber? or a drain engineer Different people are suited for different jobs or situations; what is fitting in one case may not be fitting in another. There's a clear distinction between the two. The difference between a plumber and a drainage expert is that plumbers study and usually need GCSEs, including English and maths, along with practical skills on tap water flow; rather than out of a property, Plumbers also install and repair pipes and fixtures mainly indoor’s that carry water in homes and businesses. They also maintain plumbing fixtures like bathtubs and toilets and appliances such as dishwashers or heating systems. Plumbing firms are very much in demand and usually very busy. Whereas drainage specialists deals with your sewage waste when it leaves your property, https://lnkd.in/etzk7Wxc Septic tank, pumping Station, or goes to the public sewers in the public road. https://lnkd.in/esJgBr_D Our experienced Blocked Drain person is efficient, more informed and trained on all the private systems, including the public treatment section. Our block drains personnel have assisted our Electricians here at Asl, for more than five years, plus our managers who are responsible for ensuring proper and timely installation of systems and devices for businesses and residential customers. The Treatment and Pumping engineers study and usually need GCSEs, including English and maths, along with practical skills on water flowing up and long distances towards the main public sewer once out of a property. GCSEs are the main qualification taken, are available to any-one of any age in a wide range of academic or work-related subjects at your local Further Education Asl’s block Drain Engineer has been in a gang or a team, supporting those different teams often analyzing and solving several different complex tasks on as many as 50 large installations and the block drains person gains experience as they handle all aspects of the installation process in order to support. The difference between a plumber and a drainage engineer it’s possibly the stuff they handle, but they have very different roles. While plumbers handle leaky pipes and possibly a blocked toilet. A drainage engineer tackles the block drain the others can’t handle, the ones that need a specific and powerful machine, the ones that are a more complex tasks such as clearing sewer blockages and including identifying sources of flooding. Rather than waiting for the blockage to go or repeat the process if you experience further problems call a professional drainage person Using Sulfuric Acid in your Drain can it be good for the environment when you realize you need so much of it, as it gets so diluted in most cases https://lnkd.in/ee6ggnpP https://lnkd.in/ei8bzTNr

Temporary Drainage Infrastructure for Chilled Water Flushing Chilled water flushing is a critical process often fraught with challenges. Temporary drain stations and piping systems are essential components of the flushing process. Compared to water supply lines, drainage systems are more prone to issues during operation. These systems are designed to convey wastewater and chemicals from the permanent system to a designated drain station, where waste water tankers are stationed. Given their temporary nature, PVC pipes are commonly selected for their durability and ease of installation. These pipes must be capable of withstanding high pressure, as the Air-Cooled Chiller (ACC) and Buffer Tank are often located on rooftops. Rigorous pre-flushing inspections are crucial to identify and address any potential leaks, as accidental spills of wastewater and chemicals can have significant environmental and operational consequences. On-site wastewater treatment is recommended to mitigate these risks. Effective logistical planning is vital to ensure seamless coordination between construction activities and flushing operations.

Hydro jetting is a highly effective method of cleaning and unclogging sewer pipes. It involves using a specialized machine that generates high-pressure water streams to remove debris, grease, tree roots, and other obstructions from the inside of the pipes. During the hydro jetting process, a professional plumber will insert a flexible hose with a specialized nozzle into the sewer pipe. The hose is connected to a high-pressure water machine that can deliver water at pressures typically ranging from 1,500 to 4,000 pounds per square inch (psi). The plumber carefully guides the hose through the pipe, allowing the pressurized water to blast away any blockages and thoroughly clean the pipe walls. The high-pressure water effectively cuts through and flushes out accumulated debris, roots, and other substances that may be causing clogs or reduced flow. As a result, hydro jetting can significantly improve the functioning and flow capacity of sewer pipes. Hydro jetting is often considered a preferable option compared to traditional drain snaking or chemical treatments because it offers a more thorough and long-lasting cleaning solution. It can reach all parts of the pipe, including bends and joints, effectively removing any built-up material. However, it's important to note that hydro jetting should be performed by trained professionals with the appropriate equipment and expertise. Improper use of high-pressure water can potentially damage older or fragile pipes. Therefore, it's crucial to consult with a licensed plumber who can assess your specific situation, determine if hydro jetting is suitable, and ensure the process is performed safely and effectively. If you suspect you have a clogged or slow-draining sewer pipe, you can contact us to discuss hydro jetting as a potential solution. We will be able to evaluate the condition of your pipes and provide the appropriate course of action to address the issue. Phone 224-754-1984 https://lnkd.in/ddnBa-PX
