Why I Stay at Verkada After Nearly Four Years.. My answer is simple: I love putting professionals in front of opportunities to excel and fast-track their careers. Coaching and mentoring those who aspire to be great in sales is incredibly fulfilling for me. There's nothing quite like seeing the light bulbs turn on and witnessing those "aha" moments firsthand... Meet Pratik Mujumdar, Customer Success Manager at Varicent! Pratik’s journey to becoming a Customer Success Manager has been anything but linear, with many diverse experiences under his belt. Starting his career in computer engineering, he worked his way through roles as a systems engineer, technical lead, and senior manager. Dini M. has taken two companies from single digit millions to over $100M+ ARR. Not many people can say that and when you listen to this pod, you’ll get why she’s one of them.
