Retaining skilled and dedicated staff is one of our biggest challenges in property management 🏘. High turnover rates lead to increased costs, reduced efficiency, and a negative impact on resident satisfaction. When someone new joins our industry, they often bring infectious positivity, warmth, and drive. However, these qualities can sometimes diminish over time due to the many challenges and emotional ups and downs that come with the job.
