🌎 At Saville Assessment, we are committed to reducing bias and ensuring our psychometric assessments are designed and implemented to maximize inclusivity. Our recent collaboration with a leading retail company to create a new SJT for their UK-wide recruitment of in-store customer service staff has shown promising results. 📈 The data revealed that reducing extraneous cognitive load had a significant impact on increasing assessment fairness, with a higher proportion of BAME candidates progressing in the selection process.
