As I sit here reflecting on my 5 year Coalfire-versary aka "Coalfire Kindergarten," I’m overwhelmed with gratitude for the incredible people who have helped shape my career here. So many of you have made this the best career choice I could have imagined (and maybe a few of you kept it interesting! 😜), but I couldn't imagine having this opportunity anywhere else. I was fortunate enough to grow from a consultant when the HITRUST Advisory team was started to a Senior Director. I have learned so much about collaboration and balance. I had been a job hopper for a while looking for a place I fit, and let me tell you what I have enjoyed most about my time so far at Coalfire: 1. I love that Coalfire fosters a culture that actually believes in work life balance and lets me be a mom first, recognizing that it's the most important role I have. 2. I’m constantly surrounded by brilliant people, and I’m never the smartest one on the call. Even our recent grad hires have taught me something new! 3. Though I’m remote and love working from my basement, the relationships I’ve built with my team and others along the way, whether internal or external have been truly meaningful. To all the mentors, "work besties," and anyone who's helped guide me on this ride—thank you. It’s been quite the journey, and I can’t wait to see what happens next! Leading Top Electrical Construction Talent To Live With Purpose ⚡️ Matching Talent To Hand-Picked Clients | I Write About Living A Meaningful Life After Near-Death 👉🏼 Advice to Level-Up 💜 Porphyria Advocate
How well you know your client’s needs determines if they come back to you. Last year, we closed a COO position for Mashima Electric, LLC. Last month, when I was preparing for my sabbatical, Katherine Mashima reached out with a second role - a Senior Estimator in Hawaii. I informed her about my break, but she trusted M Squared Talent Solutions to fill the position regardless. And that’s what they did. The candidate interviewed and an offer was extended in a week! If we can get the job done (in record time) even when I’m not 100% at work, it’s a sign that: • Our process works • We have a strong network • We dominate electrical recruiting • Clients make the right choice by working with us Having clients come to you is a big win. Bigger is them returning with a strong belief in you. I’m moved with gratitude for an amazing team, great clients like Mashima Electric, LLC, and candidates that trust us fully. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- 👉 Follow Mayra Martinez ⚡️for Tips to Live a Meaningful Life! #MeaningfulLifeWithM2 #ConstructionRecruiting #ElectricalConstructionRecruiting #Construction

Diversity is key to a thriving ecosystem. Just as a vibrant garden cultivates an array of plants, flowers, and trees, our careers can also benefit from embracing a variety of experiences and opportunities. Yet, there persists a common misconception that success equates to sticking with one job or pursuing a singular career path. By embracing diversity, exploring new opportunities, and nurturing our passions, we can cultivate a career landscape that is as vibrant and dynamic.
