Arrange patient to fill-up information related to the patient’s medical history, major physical complaints and other pertinent health background. 2. List down proper diagnoses, symptoms, follow-up instructions & prescriptions for patients as dictated by the Physician. 3. Transcribe Physician’s dictations related to patient orders like laboratory tests, radiology tests, and medications. 4. Assist in the preparation of medical record documentation as dictated by the Physician and help double-check to ensure they are free from errors and inconsistencies. 5. Arrange to send of medical records to different parties as directed by the Physician. 6. Handle and preserve electronic medical records. 7. Draft letters of recommendation/endorsements to other Physicians as advised. 8. Preserve patient confidentiality and follow legal requirements.
