Friday thoughts… We are a mat service company built on relationships. I’ve said it before-it’s key to our longevity as a company. 2024 is off to a strong start. Since January 1, Hughes Customat, Inc is providing mat service to 11 new customers. ELEVEN!!!! We have at least 5 more set to go in over the next couple of weeks. Wanna take a guess as to how many of these customers were using competing companies??? 🥁🥁🥁🥁ZERO!!! Where are they coming from??? Referrals and repeat business!! Some from our website, some cold calls, but mostly referrals. Over a lifetime in St Louis and 24 years with this company, I’ve met thousands of people. My friends and I used to play a game anytime we’d go to a sporting event or concert-we’d keep track of who ran into the most people we knew. Every time, I would “win”, whatever that meant. Many people I’d see were and are still customers. What I’m getting at here is relationships are key to our success. They mean everything to us. #familybusiness #shoplocal #stlouis #To50andBeyond
