What does it mean to be provider-led? At Tribal Health, it means you can turn to us for support, guidance and backup 24/7. Our leaders are experienced clinicians who understand your challenges as a physician or advanced practice provider working in a demanding clinical environment. They also work side by side with you. Whatever you need, whenever you need it, our Chief Medical Officer, Chief Nursing Officer, medical directors and other leadership are available to help. Because we know how it goes with other provider networks - you parachute into a new assignment and try to navigate the unfamiliar faces and new dynamics alone. Run into a problem? Feel isolated? You're on your own. Not at Tribal Health. We connect you to the support and resources you need so you can feel confident and comfortable on the job, and focus on your patients. Our mission is to transform Indigenous healthcare - and that includes improving both the patient and provider experience. https://lnkd.in/dgxiWuev #physicianjobs #physicianassistantjobs #nursepractitionerjobs #providerexperience #healthcarestaffing #medicalstaffing

Compassion in Care 🧡: Why It Matters The healthcare industry is more than just delivering medical services. It's about making real human connections. Compassion is the cornerstone of our mission at Newton Healthcare, and, frankly, it's what sets us apart. Why does compassion matter so much in care work? For starters, it creates trust. Patients and residents feel safer and more understood when they sense that their caregivers truly care. This is crucial, especially in sectors like elderly care and mental health, where vulnerability is high. A recent NHS study found that compassionate care significantly improved patient outcomes and satisfaction rates (NHS, 2023). But compassion isn't just about being nice. It's about putting in the effort to understand specific needs and challenges. Our team at Newton Healthcare is committed to inclusion, always treating every worker and client with the same friendly, respectful approach. This dedication is why we're trusted to supply healthcare professionals across various sectors. What do you think makes compassion so vital in healthcare? Let's get a conversation going in the comments below. Engaging directly through your thoughts helps us improve and better serve our communities. www.newtonhealthcare.com #Healthcare #Compassion #CareIndustry
