You want to be in an environment that challenges you, where people are ahead of you, where it's affirming. Where if I fail, it's encouraged in a way, because now I'm going to learn a new idea of how to make the marshmallow taller. We're in Wilmington getting to get acquainted with all the other team members and tribute because I've seen like everyone's names and headshots and emails, but finally meeting them in person was really cool. 23,526 Work orders completed, 27183 movements 520 Full renovations 25 internal promotions 53 new hires 600. 34 new units broken ground on and we saw a lot of those yesterday. That was exciting. A 34% increase in online payment utilization. So that's 34% less checks. Y'all are scanning. I know you like that. We're all very competitive and we all like to win, so it's always very interesting to see how each one of us hold during in a different aspect of things. We are at the Tribute Leadership Conference 2024. We just won the PPE competition and we did it the fastest because apparently we all have flatheads.
Tribute showed up in full force at the 2024 Wilmington Apartment Association Inc. Crest Awards. We could not be more proud of our winners:
